An interview with a member of our team to get to know you. We want to learn about the highlights of your experience and what you're looking for in your next role and to tell you about what we're working on at Cozero now and in the future.
We'll send you a GitHub PR with an issue to solve, which should take about 4 hours of your time to complete. Once that’s done, we’ll pair you with some of Cozero’s engineers to go over your solution and discuss further tech topics with you
A few interviews where you'll discuss your past experience, values, and motivations with a member of our leadership team. This is also an excellent opportunity to learn more about how we're thinking about growth for the product and company.
As a final step in the process, we will conduct reference checks. We might also schedule an extra call between you and your future team members to give you a chance to meet and see if you’d pair up well together.
