We are a Berlin-based Climate Tech startup with around 40 team members passionate about transforming every company into a low-emission business.

Our mission is to help companies find the most economical way to minimize their environmental impact and decarbonize effectively.

We're building a digital end-to-end SaaS solution—the Climate Action Platform (CAP)—to track, forecast, and manage corporate emission data and match it to low-emission solutions. Our platform enables customers to integrate climate considerations into their daily decision-making. That's why multinational companies in more than 50 countries use Cozero.

• We ask behavioral interview questions. We want to understand what initiatives you owned and what impact you had. Expect follow-up questions like "What did you do then?" or "What was the result?"

Avoid "whirlwind tours" that touch on many areas superficially. We need a clear picture of your personal contributions, outcomes, and impact.
• Come with questions. This is your chance to interview us. We value curiosity and want to answer your questions.
